Privacy policy

The Growth Board is the trading name of DigiEd Ventures ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through thegrowthboard.in, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, email address, phone number and whatever you write when you message us on WhatsApp, call us, or email us.
- Payment information. Handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Usage data. Google Analytics 4 records pages visited, approximate location at city level, device type and referring source. This is aggregate and is not used to identify you individually.
- Advertising data. If you arrive from one of our Meta or Google ads, those platforms record the click and any resulting enquiry so we can tell which campaigns produced results. That data sits in our advertising accounts, not in a separate database.
Why we collect it
- To reply to you and deliver the service you asked for.
- To process a payment you have chosen to make.
- To understand which pages of this site are useful, so we can improve them.
- To send you the checklist if you asked for it, and nothing else after that.
- To measure which advertising produced enquiries, so we stop paying for what does not.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a mailing list because you enquired about a service. We do not use your business as a case study without asking you first, in writing.
Who else handles your data
We use a small number of third-party services that process data on our behalf: WhatsApp Business (Meta) for messaging, Razorpay for payments, Google Analytics for usage measurement, Meta and Google for advertising measurement, and Cloudflare for hosting. Each has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for 8 years, which is what Indian tax and accounting requirements need. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it within 30 days. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets its own. If you would rather avoid them, a browser-level tracker blocker stops them and nothing on this site will break.
