Refund policy

Short version: if you tell us at the end of the Leak Check that it was not worth it, your ₹499 comes back. You do not have to explain why. Everything else is set out below.

Customer Leak Check at ₹499

Approved on the spot if, at the end of the session, you tell us it was not worth it. You do not need to justify it beyond that sentence and there is no form. The decision is immediate. The money moves at Razorpay's speed, set out under How long it takes below.

Before the session: full refund on request at any point before the call, no questions.

Missed slots: reschedule free with at least 12 hours' notice. Because only 14 slots go out a week and the teardown is done in advance, a no-show without notice is not refundable.

Meta Ads, Google Ads and Lead Generation Systems

These are scoped and quoted per business, and the terms of each engagement are set out in the written scope you approve before work starts. In general:

• Before work starts: any fee paid in advance is fully refundable.
• Monthly retainers: billed in advance. Cancel with 30 days' written notice. The current month is not refundable and the following month is not charged. No refund is due for a month in which work was delivered.
• One-time builds: if you end the project early, work completed is payable and any phase not yet begun is refunded pro rata.

Ad spend is never refundable by us, because it never reaches us. Media budget goes from your own payment method to Meta or Google directly. Any refund of ad spend is between you and the platform.

How to request a refund

1. Reply on the WhatsApp thread, or email hello@thegrowthboard.in .
2. Say which service and, if it applies, why. One line is enough.
3. We acknowledge within 2 working days.

How long it takes

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5 working days. Your bank typically takes a further 5 to 7 working days to show it. We do not refund in cash or to an account other than the one that paid.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before raising a chargeback. In every case so far, whatever went wrong was faster to fix directly.
