Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy a service from The Growth Board, the trading name of DigiEd Ventures ("we", "us"). Buying a service means you accept them.

What we provide

Digital marketing services: diagnosis, paid advertising on Meta and Google, and lead generation systems, delivered done-with-you or done-for-you as set out in the written scope you approve before work begins. We work inside your own ad accounts and platforms; we never take ownership of them.

What we need from you

Accurate information and reasonable access. If we ask for analytics access, ad account figures or a sample of enquiries and do not receive them, our advice is limited to what we can see, and we are not responsible for what that omission causes.

Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, exclusive of applicable taxes.
The Customer Leak Check is paid in full before the session.
Advertising and lead-system engagements are invoiced per the written scope agreed before work starts.
Ad spend is separate and never billed by us. Media budget is charged by Meta and Google to your own payment method. We take no commission on it.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your payment details.

Timelines

Delivery timeframes quoted on this site start from the point we have received both payment and the access or information we asked for, whichever is later. Campaign performance timeframes are estimates based on comparable engagements, not commitments.

Results

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes: not leads, not revenue, not return on ad spend, and you should be suspicious of anyone in this industry who does. Results depend on your pricing, service quality, follow-up speed, market and budget, plus platform factors none of us control. What we are accountable for is the quality of the work, the reasoning behind our recommendations, and telling you plainly when something is not working.

Confidentiality

Anything you tell us about your business is confidential. We will not name you publicly, use your numbers in a case study, or reference your business in marketing without your written agreement. This continues after the engagement ends.

Platform independence

The Growth Board is an independent agency. We are not partnered with, endorsed by, certified by, or officially affiliated with Meta Platforms or Google. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and account suspensions or policy decisions made by them are outside our control.

Account ownership

All advertising accounts, conversion data, audiences and creative assets we work with remain yours. If the engagement ends we remove our access and you keep everything, at no charge.

Intellectual property

Scorecards, audits, plans, creative and systems we produce for you are yours to use inside your business without limit. The underlying frameworks, templates and methods remain ours. Please do not resell or republish our deliverables as your own product.

Cancellation

You can end an ongoing engagement with 30 days' written notice. We can do the same. Fixed-scope work already in progress is payable in full. See the refund policy for what is refundable and when.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
